A Christian Liberal Arts Curriculum

For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.

Christian Worldview

To be spiritually prepared for life, it is not enough to know some Bible stories and to memorize a few Bible verses.  In Colossians 1 and 2, we learn that Christ is the creator of all things, the one in whom all wisdom and knowledge exist, and the one through whom we become complete.  Establishing a Christian worldview, the lens through which all reality is evaluated, equips us to stand firm in Truth as revealed in the Scriptures and not to be led astray by the false philosophies of our day.

At Community Christian Academy, students have opportunities to develop a biblical worldview through having daily Christian worldview classes, studying academics informed by biblical principles, and learning from teachers who model the application of faith in every sphere of life.

Liberal Arts Curriculum

Seeking to build a strong educational foundation upon which God will fulfill His unique plans for each student, Community Christian Academy offers a broad program of study featuring humanities, social and natural sciences, mathematics, foreign language, fine arts, and technology.

In addition to mastering subject-specific knowledge and skills, students become adept thinkers by seeing the connections between academic disciplines and by developing analytical reasoning, communication, and problem-solving skills.  The overarching educational goals that direct all learning are best summarized in our Schoolwide and Subject Enduring Understandings.
