Not Just a Career, but a Calling

We at Community Christian Academy seek to exude a school culture that is characterized by our school’s theme verse from Psalm 85:10, “Lovingkindness and Truth have met.” It is our desire that each student feels the love of Christ while also being challenged to grow academically and spiritually. Our faculty and staff are the drivers of that school culture and the backbone of our school community.

Community Christian Academy has a history of attracting and retaining exceptional team members, and as a growing school, we are seeking to add those God is calling to serve with us and to further the mission of the school.

Teaching literature feels so much more meaningful in a context that allows me to teach morality and critical evaluation of worldviews.  I still teach plot charts, writing skills, and grammar, but I also get to ask my students to consider What is good, right, and beautiful?
Where can we see the gospel or the need for gospel goodness in our literature or communication?  I love it!
